Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the trendforge.biz website (the “Site”) prior to product launch. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

What this Site is

The Site is a pre-launch landing page for TrendForge. Its only function is to allow you to join a waitlist by submitting your email. Full product terms will be published at launch and will govern your use of the product.

Waitlist Benefits

This section defines the specific benefits a confirmed waitlist member receives. The anchor for this section is #waitlist-benefits; the page CTA on / links here directly.

• Discount. Confirmed waitlist members get 25% off the first 12 months of paid subscription to TrendForge. The discount applies to the standard published price at the time of subscription, runs for the first 12 consecutive months from the date the member's first paid subscription begins, and renews at the standard published rate at the end of the 12-month window. The discount applies once per member.
• Eligibility. Any person who joined the waitlist and confirmed their email address before the public-launch announcement in Q3 2026 is eligible for the discount. Eligibility is non-transferable.
• Early access. Confirmed waitlist members are notified at least 7 days before the product opens to the public, and have product access on or before the public-launch day. The “public-launch day” is the date of the public-launch announcement.
• Closure. The waitlist closes when we open the product to the public in Q3 2026. After that, these benefits no longer apply to new signups.

We will honor these commitments. If we cannot honor them for any reason, we will tell every confirmed member as soon as we know and offer a comparable alternative.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit anyone's email address other than your own.
• Use automated tools to submit signups (the Site uses rate-limiting and may use captcha to prevent this).
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, mockups — is owned by BJ Unlimited LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may share the Site URL but may not copy or reuse its content without permission.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither BJ Unlimited LLC nor its officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site is limited to USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. The current version is always at trendforge.biz/terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If you live in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection law, nothing in these terms overrides any rights you have under that law.
